the private facilities were exceptional, with a spacious room fitted with top-quality amenities.
The only bad thing we experienced while staying at this hotel was a minor issue with the room's temperature control. the staff addressed the problem promptly and courteously, solving the issue quickly.

The hotel was located near a popular shopping center and had friendly workers. the room was big and had a comfortable bed.
The hotel's cleanliness wasn't up to par. the carpet had several stains and the walls needed to be cleaned.

The bed in our room was king size and really comfortable. We enjoyed the central location of the hotel as we had a lot of activities nearby, such as shopping and restaurants. The fact that the hotel was connected to a mall was a real plus, especially when it rained. On arrival, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff which made us feel welcome.
The noise from the street, even though we were on the 19th floor. This was especially annoying during peak hours with people honking on the road.

The hotel is perfectly located at the heart of the city, close to the main walking street. It's very convenient to get to the subway station and other areas of the city. the room is comfortable, with a large bed and a clean bathroom. the breakfast is delicious, with a variety of dishes that can satisfy different tastes. the hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and there are many facilities available, such as restaurants and shops nearby.
The air conditioning system needs improvement, as it didn't seem to work properly.
